I had blissful sleep every night for the whole month I was on prescription sleeping pills. Then once I went off them, I had difficulty sleeping again no matter what I do to exhaust myself physically. Sigh. We needs a remedy.
yupz..but i think mine took a turn for the better when i went for meditation class. But alas..lack of discipline to sit for 30mins daily.
